Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. It is short because we collect very little.

The contact form

The form on our contact page collects your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give it, and your message. When you submit the form, those fields are sent to us by email at info@line-media.com and are handled in our mailbox like any other business inquiry. We use them to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Anti-abuse measures

To limit abuse, the server keeps a small counter of recent submission timestamps per hashed IP address. Entries older than an hour are discarded the next time the counter is written; the counter file itself lives in the server's temporary storage and may persist until routine cleanup. No submission content is stored on the server; messages are delivered by email only.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages people read, how they arrived, and roughly where in the world they are. Google sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf as a measurement provider. We use it in aggregate, to decide what to write and what to fix. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on standard shared web hosting. As on any web server, requests may appear in access logs kept by the hosting provider for operational purposes.
