CRM Automation & Integrations

The problem

Your CRM was supposed to save time. Instead someone retypes the same account into three systems, a deal closes in Salesforce and marketing hears about it a week later, and every report starts with an export. Data entry eats hours that should go into selling. Nobody quite trusts the pipeline number, because everyone knows a dozen records are stale. Your CRM should work for you, not the other way around.

What we build

Integrations that keep your systems honest. We connect Salesforce and HubSpot to each other and to the tools around them: email, spreadsheets, billing, support, and your own applications. Records sync both ways, with clear rules about which system owns which field and what happens when the two disagree. Data entry becomes automatic: accounts are created from the source of truth, contacts are enriched, and activity is logged without anyone typing it twice.

We handle migrations as well. Moving from spreadsheets into a CRM, or from one CRM to another, is mostly mapping and cleaning. We do that carefully, with a dry run you can inspect before a single record is written.

What’s included

  • A field-by-field mapping agreed with your team, documented and kept current
  • Two-way sync with deduplication, conflict rules, and safe retries
  • Automated data entry and enrichment, so reps stop copying values between tabs
  • Connections to the email, sheets, billing, and support tools your process already touches
  • Migration and cleanup when you consolidate systems
  • Monitoring and alerts, so a broken sync is noticed by us, not by your quarter-end report

Technologies

Salesforce and HubSpot APIs, plus the native automation each platform already gives you. Where the platforms fall short we write plain integration code, hosted in your cloud accounts.

FAQ

Will this break our existing Salesforce setup? No. We work in a sandbox first, review every change with your admin, and ship in small steps that are easy to reverse.

Can you work with our custom objects and fields? Yes. The useful parts of a CRM usually live in custom objects, and mapping them is normal work for us.

Who maintains it afterwards? You can. We hand over documentation and a running setup your team can adjust, and we stay available for the times you would rather we did it.
